We are a family owned and operated full service real estate company with deep Cambridge roots. Saul Moffie began his career as an architect in Boston in 1921. He designed hundreds of private and public buildings throughout the Boston and Cambridge area, including the largest apartment building in our portfolio today, 50 Follen Street. With his mentorship, his grandson, Doug Yoffe, learned how to manage, design, build, and restore beautiful homes.
Doug Yoffe is a licensed construction supervisor and real estate broker, with over 40 years of experience in buying, selling, building, and managing beautiful homes and apartment buildings. He began his career working in construction, managing 50 Follen Street, and selling condominiums and houses. Through his talents and experience, Doug has become a well known and respected builder of luxury homes in Cambridge. Doug's work restoring historic homes has earned him recognition, including the 2012 Preservation Award from the Cambridge Historic Society. He takes pride in his work with great attention to detail, and he builds every home as if he were going to live there himself.
Doug's daughter, Sara Yoffe, began working with the family business as a real estate broker in 2018 while serving full time as a prosecutor with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. In 2020, Sara took over the day to day operations of the business. Sara is a lawyer, licensed Construction Supervisor, and the broker of record for Cambridge Prime. In 2021, Sara teamed up with the foreman from all of the Cambridge Prime projects, Estenio Lima, and they started their own general contracting firm, American Precision Developers.
Today, Doug, Sara and their talented team of craftsmen are designing and building the next generation of beautiful homes, carrying on Saul's legacy.
